These terms govern your use of the NgageEase website at https://ngageease.com (the “Site”), operated by EX10 Global Solutions LLP (“EX10”). Use of the NgageEase product is governed by a separate commercial agreement.

You may use the Site for lawful, informational purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or access it in ways that breach applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Site, including the NgageEase and Ngage Suite names, logos, copy, and design, is owned by EX10 or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without permission.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product capabilities, availability dates, and roadmap statements are indicative and may change.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EX10 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

The Site links to other websites (including other Ngage Suite products and EX10 Global). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
