This Privacy Policy explains how EX10 Global Solutions LLP (“EX10”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data in connection with the NgageEase website and product. This page is a plain-English summary intended for our website and demo enquiries; a full data-processing agreement is provided to customers during onboarding.

Information we collect

  • Contact details you submit through forms — such as your name, work email, company, IFS environment, and message.
  • Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how the site is used (pages visited, device type). We do not sell this data.
  • IFS data — when you run a NgageEase pilot or deployment, your IFS data stays in your IFS environment and is processed under a separate agreement. NgageEase reads and writes IFS data through official IFS projections under your permissions.

How we use it

  • To respond to demo and pilot requests and provide the service you ask for.
  • To improve the website, product, and our communications.
  • To meet legal, security, and contractual obligations.

Legal basis & retention

We process website enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you. We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to follow up or as required by law, then delete it.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting and email), under appropriate safeguards, and where required by law.

Your rights
